Alan Portmann:

Alan Portmann is a retired Engineer who worked for an Aerospace and Defense company for 33 years.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education (k-9) in 1983 from the University of Missouri- Kansas City.  He dedicates his books to children he works with in schools and churches. The genre of his writing is children’s literature teaching character, ethical and moral values. He lives by the motto: Teachers have a lot of class!
